Run every contract from request to signature

For in-house legal teams in Colombia and LatAm. Colibit replaces email threads, spreadsheets and scattered versions with one clear flow.

Intake assistant

Ask for a contract in your own words.

Describe what you need in a chat or a form. Colibit reads it, fills in the request, asks only for what is missing and shows where it stands at every step.

Review request

Colibit classifies each request by contract type and fills in parties, dates and amounts.

Duplicates and active agreements with the same counterparty are flagged before work starts.

See where every request stands and who has it, without asking anyone.

Open a request from the app, by email or from chat.

Missing something? The assistant asks one clear question at a time, and never asks twice.

Playbook review

Review every clause against your rules.

Colibit reads the other side's changes, grades each clause against your playbook and proposes the reply. Anything your rules do not cover goes to a lawyer.

Clause by clause

Every clause is mapped to a row of your playbook and graded: accept, propose a change, accept if they insist, or send to a person.

Your positions, your limits

Playbooks hold your positions, fallbacks and limits per contract type. Colibit never goes beyond them and never accepts a hard stop on its own.

The right lawyer, told at once

When a clause falls outside the rules, the responsible lawyer is notified in Slack or by email with the clause, the reason and the options.

Repository

Every signed agreement, one search away.

Signed agreements are stored with their parties, dates and obligations. Search by counterparty, contract type or expiry, and get an alert before a deadline passes.

Your agreements

Search that understands

Find agreements by counterparty, contract type or expiry date, with the signed document one click away.

Dates and obligations, extracted

Colibit reads each signed agreement for the parties, effective date, term and renewal rule, and suggests the obligations for a person to confirm.

Alerts before it is too late

Reminders 90, 30 and 7 days before an expiry, or before the last day to stop an automatic renewal.

Approvals

Approvals that follow authority.

Define who can approve what, up to which amount. Colibit asks the right person, and an agent never approves for them.

Counterparty checks

Know who is on the other side.

Colibit checks the other party's tax ID, existing agreements and sanctions lists before a lawyer starts.

Roles and access

Give every person the right level of access.

Requesters see their own requests, lawyers see the whole queue, approvers see what waits for them. Each company's data stays separate.

How Colibit is different

Most contract tools organize manual work. Colibit does the work; you decide.

Typical contract software

Built for another market, then translated.

A person runs every step of the flow.

AI limited to a summary button or a side chat.

Redlines compared by hand, clause by clause.

Approvals chased over email and chat.

Renewal dates kept in spreadsheets and calendars.

Signer powers checked by eye, if at all.

No clear record of who did what, or why.

Colombian law and Spanish contracts first.

Agents run the routine flow. People decide.

One place from request to signed record.

Approvals go to someone with the authority.

Always clear where a request stands.

Set up around your templates and playbooks.

Every step recorded: who, when, how and why.

Search and renewal alerts over signed records.

Does Colibit replace our lawyers?
icon

No. Agents do the repetitive work: reading requests, drafting, checking and following up. Your lawyers set the rules and decide whatever the rules do not cover. Approvals and signatures are always given by people with the authority to give them.

How does onboarding work?
icon

We set Colibit up with you: your contract types, Word templates, playbook, and who can approve and sign what. We usually start with one contract type, such as NDAs, run it with your team and then add more. Access is by invitation: your company domain is verified and each person signs in with their work account.

Who can see our contracts?
icon

Only the people in your organization you give access to. Each company's contracts are kept completely apart from every other company's. Every step on a contract is recorded, so you can always see who did what and why.

Are electronic signatures valid in Colombia?
icon

Colombian law (Ley 527 de 1999 and Decreto 2364 de 2012) recognizes electronic signatures. In Colibit, signing is always done by a person, never by an agent, and only on the approved final version, after checking that the signer has the authority to sign.

How much does Colibit cost?
icon

We do not publish prices yet. The price depends on your contract types and how many requests you handle, so we quote it after a short call and put it in writing before you start.

Colibit is software for contract management. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Its agents prepare, check and track contract work; decisions, approvals and signatures are always made by people at your organization, within the authority registered for them in Colibit. Nothing on this website or in the product replaces the judgment of a qualified lawyer.

Access to the Colibit platform is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012), and each organization’s data is kept separate from every other organization’s.

Colibit’s agents read documents and write text with the help of AI models. Their work is checked by the rules your legal team sets, and every action is recorded in the contract’s history. Like any AI-assisted work, outputs can contain mistakes: a qualified person must review them before anyone relies on them.

Electronic signatures are carried out through third-party signature providers. Colibit never signs on anyone’s behalf, and a document can only be sent for signature after the people with the right authority have approved it. Integrations with other services are provided as they are, and their availability depends on those services.

Descriptions of Colibit on this website show the product as it is being built, and features and availability can change or vary by plan and country. For questions about the platform, licensing or your data, write to hola@colibit.co.
