Cookie Policy

Last Updated

This Cookie Policy explains how Colibit uses cookies and similar technologies on its website (colibit.co) and on its platform (app.colibit.co).

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when visiting a website. They are widely used to enable functionality and, on some sites, to measure or track visitors.

2. Our website (colibit.co)

2.1 The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies.

2.2 It loads everything it needs, including fonts and images, from our own domain. There are no third-party scripts, so nobody else sets cookies through it.

2.3 Our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, browser type and time of each request) for security and delivery. These logs are not cookies.

2.4 If this changes, we will update this Policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

3. Our platform (app.colibit.co)

3.1 Essential cookies - needed to sign in and keep your session secure. They do not need your consent.

  • clm_session: keeps you signed in, for up to 8 hours.

  • clm_pending: remembers your sign-in while you choose your organization, for 10 minutes.

  • clm_oauth_*: protect sign-in with Google, Microsoft or your company account, for 10 minutes.

3.2 Preference cookie - clm_auth_language remembers the language you choose on the sign-in screens, for up to 1 year.

3.3 The platform does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

4. Managing Cookies

4.1 You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4.2 Disabling essential cookies will stop you from signing in to the platform.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy. Updates are published here with a new effective date.

Colibit is software for contract management. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Its agents prepare, check and track contract work; decisions, approvals and signatures are always made by people at your organization, within the authority registered for them in Colibit. Nothing on this website or in the product replaces the judgment of a qualified lawyer.

Access to the Colibit platform is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012), and each organization’s data is kept separate from every other organization’s.

Colibit’s agents read documents and write text with the help of AI models. Their work is checked by the rules your legal team sets, and every action is recorded in the contract’s history. Like any AI-assisted work, outputs can contain mistakes: a qualified person must review them before anyone relies on them.

Electronic signatures are carried out through third-party signature providers. Colibit never signs on anyone’s behalf, and a document can only be sent for signature after the people with the right authority have approved it. Integrations with other services are provided as they are, and their availability depends on those services.

Descriptions of Colibit on this website show the product as it is being built, and features and availability can change or vary by plan and country. For questions about the platform, licensing or your data, write to hola@colibit.co.
